Ingredients
  • 500 gram Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 cup Beef Stock
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 2 pound Potatoes
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the onion, carrots, and peas to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, until the vegetables are slightly softened.
  4. Stir in the beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, peel and chop the potatoes. Boil them in salted water until tender. Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish and spread the mashed potatoes on top.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown.
  8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
