  • 0.75 cup Water
  • 1 spray Cooking spray
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine cornmeal, cheese, green onions, canned corn, and salt.
  2. Gradually add water and mix until a thick batter forms.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
  4. Spoon about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and spread it into a circle.
  5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
