Ingredients
  • 500 gram Chicken breast
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
  3. Add diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in the carrots and peas, and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well.
  6. Gradually pour in chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Simmer until the mixture thickens.
  9. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  10. Roll out the puff pastry and place it over the baking dish, sealing the edges.
  11. Cut a few slits on the pastry to allow steam to escape.
  12. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
  13. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
