  • 1 unbaked Pie crust
  • 3 pounds Concord grapes
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1 beaten Egg
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and line a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. Remove the grapes from the stems and place them in a large bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the sugar and flour.
  5. Sprinkle the sugar mixture and lemon juice over the grapes and gently toss to coat.
  6. Pour the grape mixture into the pie crust.
  7. Dot the top with small pieces of butter.
  8. Cover the pie with the second pie crust or create a lattice pattern with strips of dough.
  9. Brush the top crust with beaten egg.
  10. Place the pie on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 2 hours before serving.
