Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon Instant coffee powder
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • for garnish Coffee beans
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a round cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and instant coffee powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Once cooled, spread whipped cream on top of the cake and garnish with coffee beans.
