Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt cake pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the strong brewed coffee and milk.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the coffee mixture, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
  6. In a small bowl, prepare the streusel topping by combining the all-purpose flour, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and unsalted butter. Mix until crumbly. Stir in the chopped hazelnuts.
  7. Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared bundt cake pan. Sprinkle half of the streusel topping over the batter. Repeat with the remaining batter and streusel topping.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  9. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and strong brewed coffee until smooth. Drizzle the coffee glaze over the cooled cake.
  11. Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts on top of the glaze.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
