Ingredients
  • 2 cup Glutinous Rice Flour
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Red Bean Paste
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, coconut milk, vegetable oil, and salt. Mix well until a smooth batter is formed.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine red bean paste, granulated sugar, and water. Cook over low heat until the mixture thickens.
  3. Grease a round cake pan with vegetable oil. Pour half of the glutinous rice batter into the pan.
  4. Spread the red bean paste mixture evenly over the batter.
  5. Pour the remaining batter over the red bean paste.
  6. Steam the cake over high heat for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until cooked through.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 1 hour.
  8. Cut into slices and serve.
