  • 200 gram Pie crust
  • 1 cup Sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.5 cup Milk
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sugar, flour, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the milk mixture to the coconut mixture, stirring until well combined.
