Ingredients
  • 500 gram Chicken
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 unit Pie Crust
  • 1 unit Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 unit Carrot
  • 2 unit Potato
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in curry powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add coconut milk, carrots, potatoes, and peas. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a pie crust and cover with another pie crust on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Allow the pie to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
