Ingredients
  • 200 gram Pie crust
  • 2 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 0.5 cup Toasted coconut flakes
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  6. Top with whipped cream and toasted coconut flakes.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
