In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and coconut milk.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing well until a thick batter forms.

Grease a muffin tin or line with cupcake liners.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let the coconut cakes cool for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the coconut cream by whipping the coconut cream until light and fluffy.

Once the coconut cakes have cooled, top each cake with a dollop of coconut cream and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
