  3. In a blender, blend the silken tofu until smooth.
  4. In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
  6. Gradually mix in the blended tofu.
  7. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  8. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  10. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  11. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
