  2. Roll out the pie crust and line a 9-inch pie dish with it.
  3. Spoon the mincemeat filling into the pie crust.
  4. Roll out the remaining pie crust and cut into strips.
  5. Arrange the strips in a lattice pattern over the filling.
  6. Beat the egg and brush it over the lattice crust.
  7. Sprinkle the granulated sugar and flour over the top.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  9. Let the pie cool for at least 1 hour before serving.
