  • 2 large Egg
  • 1 cup Low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 9-inch Pie crust
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, sugar, flour, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for another 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
