Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cup Mashed potatoes
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the salt, black pepper, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Transfer the beef mixture to a 9-inch pie dish. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the mashed potatoes are golden brown.
  8. Let the pie rest for 10 minutes before serving.
