  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Roll out one pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.
  4. Pour the blueberry mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Dot the top of the filling with small pieces of butter.
  6. Roll out the second pie crust and place it on top of the filling.
  7. Trim and crimp the edges of the pie crust.
  8. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 2 hours before serving.
