In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, orange zest, lemon zest, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt, eggs, granulated sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine the pecans, almond flour, and melted butter to make the nutty crust. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish.
