  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the pie crust ingredients and press into a pie dish.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.
  4. In a saucepan, whisk together the lemon juice, lime juice, orange juice, egg whites, sugar, cornstarch, cream of tartar, salt, and water.
  5. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and comes to a boil.
  6. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  7. Pour the filling into the cooled pie crust.
  8. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until foamy. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
  9. Spread the meringue over the filling, making sure to seal the edges.
  10. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the meringue is golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before serving.
