  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg until well combined.
  3. Pour half of the batter into the prepared cake pan.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the batter in the pan.
  5. Pour the remaining batter over the cinnamon sugar layer. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
  6. Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon sugar mixture into the batter.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake.
  10. Slice and serve.
