Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.

In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and brown sugar.

Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the batter. Repeat with the remaining batter and cinnamon sugar mixture.

Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon sugar mixture into the batter.

Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake.
