  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add in the milk, oil, vanilla extract, and eggs. Stir until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the batter in the pan. Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon mixture into the batter.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
