Ingredients
  • 200 gram Pie crust
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Corn syrup
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Spread the pecans evenly over the pie crust.
  4. Pour the sugar mixture over the pecans.
  5. Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes or until the filling is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 1 hour before serving.
