In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, and instant coffee granules.

Add the buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
