  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, and instant coffee granules.
  3. Add the buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the hot water to the batter, stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
