  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared cake pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter.
  7. Pour the remaining batter over the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
  8. Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon-sugar mixture into the batter.
  9. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
