Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Cinnamon chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the cinnamon chips.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
