Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 200 gram All-purpose flour
  • 150 gram Granulated sugar
  • 150 gram Unsalted butter
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Peel and grate the carrots.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the grated carrots, flour, sugar, melted butter, eggs, milk, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until fully combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a pie crust and smooth the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the pie is set and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 1 hour before serving.
