Ingredients
  • 2.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 1.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 cup Apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the sour cream. Mix until just combined. Fold in the chopped apples.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle the cinnamon icing over the cooled cake.
  8. Slice and serve.
