Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 0.5 pound Ground pork
  • 0.5 cup Shiitake mushrooms
  • 0.25 cup Green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and water to form a dough. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the ground pork, shiitake mushrooms, green onions, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls. Roll out each ball into a thin circle.
  4. Place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough in half to form a half-moon shape. Pinch the edges to seal.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the pies until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Transfer the pies to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes to ensure the filling is cooked through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
