  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, dissolve strawberry Jello in boiling water. Stir in cold water.
  3. Pour half of the Jello mixture over the crust in the pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until set.
  4. Arrange sliced strawberries over the set Jello layer. Pour the remaining Jello mixture over the strawberries.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until completely set.
  6. Remove the cake from the pan and top with whipped cream.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
