  2. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out the excess liquid.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or using a double boiler.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, vegetable oil, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  6. Stir in the grated zucchini and melted chocolate.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
  8. Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and smooth the top.
  9. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
