Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, butter, and salt. Press onto the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and vanilla extract. Pour over the crust.

In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture over the egg yolk mixture.

Sprinkle the chopped walnuts evenly over the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set. Cool in the dish on a wire rack for 30 minutes.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
