  2. Bake the cake and let it cool completely.
  3. Slice the strawberries.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  7. Microwave the gelatin mixture for 10 seconds or until it dissolves.
  8. Add the gelatin mixture to the cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined.
