The Snickers candy bar was first introduced in 1930 and was named after the favorite horse of the Mars family.

Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the cake mix box.

In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until well combined.

Grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans.

Divide the batter evenly among the pans and smooth the tops.

Bake in the preheated oven for the time specified on the cake mix box, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cakes comes out clean.

Remove the cakes from the oven and let them cool in the pans for 10 minutes. Then, transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once the cakes are cooled, place one cake layer on a serving plate. Spread a layer of whipped cream on top.

Place a second cake layer on top and spread a layer of caramel sauce on top.

Place the third cake layer on top and spread a layer of chocolate ganache on top.

Decorate the sides of the cake with chopped peanuts.

Cut the Snickers bars into small pieces and sprinkle them on top of the cake.

Refrigerate the cake for at least 1 hour before serving.
