  1. In a medium bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Sprinkle half of the chopped praline pecans and half of the chocolate chips over the cream cheese layer. Repeat with the remaining cream cheese mixture, pecans, and chocolate chips.
  4. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  5. Serve chilled, garnished with whipped cream.
