Ingredients
  • 200 gram Chocolate
  • 100 gram Butter
  • 200 gram Digestive Biscuits
  • 100 gram Sugar
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 200 gram Whipped Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
  1. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. Melt the chocolate and let it cool slightly.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until creamy. Add the melted chocolate and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the pie crust and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  5. Allow the pie to cool for 2 hours.
  6. Top with whipped cream before serving.
