In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Stir in the chopped pecans, vanilla extract, and salt.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the crust in the baking dish. Spread it evenly.
