Ingredients
  • 200 gram Pie crust
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 100 gram Butter
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Corn syrup
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the pie crust by rolling it out and placing it in a pie dish.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and dark chocolate over low heat.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt.
  5. Gradually pour the melted chocolate mixture into the sugar mixture, stirring until well combined.
  6. Stir in the corn syrup and pecans.
  7. Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the filling is set.
