  • 8 ounce Pie Crust
  • 200 gram Dark Chocolate
  • 100 gram Butter
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Corn Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. Stir in the pecans.
  6. Pour the filling into the pie crust.

  8. Allow the pie to cool for at least 2 hours before serving.
