  • 1.5 cup Chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1.25 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1.5 cup Whipping cream
  • 0.75 cup Semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 0.5 cup Whipped cream, for serving
  • 0.25 cup Chopped peanuts, for garnish
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the melted semi-sweet chocolate into the cream cheese mixture and gently fold until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  7. Serve chilled with whipped cream and garnish with chopped peanuts.
