Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 package Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Whipping cream
  • 0.5 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup Chopped peanuts
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the mixture into the prepared crust.
  5. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Drizzle over the pie.
  6. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Slice and serve chilled.
