  2. In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until well combined.
  3. Grease a muffin tin or use cupcake liners. Pour the cake batter into each cup, filling them about 2/3 full.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Remove the cakes from the oven and let them cool in the tin for 5 minutes. Then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
