Chocolate Peanut Butter Bundt Cake

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt cake pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.

Pour half of the batter into the prepared bundt pan.

In a small bowl, mix together the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Spoon the peanut butter mixture over the batter in the pan and swirl with a knife.

Sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped peanuts over the peanut butter layer.

Pour the remaining batter over the peanut butter layer and smooth the top.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar and serve.
