  2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
  4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring well.
  5. Sift in the flour and cocoa powder, then fold gently until just combined.
  6. Stir in the orange zest and juice.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
