Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Grease four ramekins with butter.

Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.

Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.

Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.

Place a marshmallow in the center of each ramekin, pressing it down slightly.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still gooey.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Carefully run a knife around the edges of the ramekins to loosen the cakes.

Invert each ramekin onto a serving plate and gently tap to release the cake.
