Crush the chocolate cookies and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.

In a large bowl, combine the malted milk powder with softened chocolate ice cream. Spread this mixture over the crust.

Top with a layer of vanilla ice cream.

Freeze for at least 4 hours.

Before serving, remove from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and chocolate malt balls.
