Ingredients
  • 200 gram Pie crust
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 150 gram Unsalted butter
  • 200 gram Granulated sugar
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 50 gram All-purpose flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 gram Macadamia nuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar mixture, whisking until well combined.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the flour and salt. Gradually add the flour mixture to the chocolate mixture, stirring until smooth.
  6. Stir in the macadamia nuts.
  7. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set.
  9. Allow the pie to cool for at least 2 hours before serving.
