Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to the package instructions.

Crush the Oreo cookies and set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.

Pour the cake batter into a greased cake pan.

Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture on top of the cake batter.

Use a knife to swirl the cream cheese mixture into the cake batter.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and let it cool completely.

In a small saucepan, heat the milk and chocolate syrup until warm.

Pour the chocolate syrup mixture over the cooled cake.

Top with whipped cream and additional crushed Oreo cookies.
