  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until well combined.
  4. Fold in the pecans and mini chocolate chips.
  5. Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
