Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Crush the chocolate chip cookies and mix them with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.

Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.

Soften the vanilla ice cream and spread it evenly over the cooled crust.

Drizzle the hot fudge sauce over the ice cream layer.

Place the cake in the freezer and let it set for at least 3 hours.

Before serving, remove the cake from the springform pan and top with whipped cream and chocolate chips.
