Ingredients
  • 10 ounce Pie crust
  • 1 cup Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Chopped walnuts
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut out circles to fit into a muffin tin.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until well combined.
  5. Melt the butter and add it to the egg mixture along with the vanilla extract.
  6. Gradually add the flour and salt to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Spoon the chocolate chip and walnut mixture into each pie crust.
  8. Pour the egg mixture over the chocolate chip and walnut filling.
